How the Command Center works.

Most people hear "AI for your business" and think chatbot. This is something different. Here's what it actually is, what it does, and how it's built for you.

A team of specialized AI agents that work together inside one system, each trained on a different part of your business. One handles incoming leads. Another writes proposals using your actual pricing. Another manages your calendar and books appointments. Another handles billing through Stripe. Another writes content for your social media. Another researches prospects before you get on a sales call.

Annabelle runs them. She knows which one to send the work to, based on what is happening. This isn't a template you sign up for and configure yourself. Stinger learns your services, your pricing, your voice, and your workflow, then builds a system around it, running on infrastructure Stinger manages for you and connected to the accounts you already have.

Specialized AI agents, working together.

Each agent has a defined role, a set of tools it can use, and instructions for how to handle its domain.

Annabelle

She takes every request and decides which AI worker should handle it, maintains conversation context, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Proposal Writer

Generates client proposals using your real pricing, service descriptions, and terms.

Proposal Reviewer

Checks every proposal for quality, completeness, and accuracy before it goes out.

Prospect Researcher

Looks up the prospect before the call: their brand, likely pain points, what to know going in.

Content Writer

Blog posts, email sequences, ad copy, case studies, in your brand voice.

Bookkeeper

Month-end reads, close checklists, expense categorization.

A single AI that tries to do everything performs worse at each individual task. Giving each agent a focused role produces better proposals, more accurate pricing, and more natural conversations than one general-purpose chatbot.

How a Command Center gets built.

From first call to fully operational system.

1. Discovery call

No obligation, usually 30 to 45 minutes. Stinger learns your business: what you sell, how you sell it, who your customers are, where your time goes.

2. AI Opportunity Audit

A written analysis of where AI fits your business and what a Command Center would include: $497 one-time, full workflow mapping, a 90-day roadmap, and a 10-page report. Credits in full toward the Command Center build fee if you proceed within 30 days.

3. System build

Configuring agents, connecting integrations, training the AI on your services, pricing, and voice, and deploying it as your own separate instance with its own database and address.

4. Testing & training

Every agent, integration, and workflow tested. A hands-on training session and documentation walk you through the owner dashboard.

5. Go live + ongoing support

The chat widget goes on your website, integrations activate, and your monthly retainer (Launch $297 / Ignite $497 / Accelerate $697, Enterprise $1,397 for up to 50 people, larger teams quoted; standalone Teams $127, Forge from $77, Creator from $57; every program included) covers hosting, updates, and direct access to support.
