ABOUT
Built by someone who ran the office, drove the route, and lost a company to a missed filing.
Stinger Industries is one person's answer to the software he could not buy while running a pool business on Florida's Treasure Coast. This page says who that is, what he actually did, and where the product's opinions come from.
Who
Vincent Altieri, Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Vincent is the founder of Stinger Industries and the person who answers the phone number on every page of this site. The company is Ohh BeeHave LLC, doing business as Stinger Industries, a Florida pool contractor working St. Lucie, Martin and Indian River counties. He is also the owner behind Ohh Beehave, a live honey-bee removal business, which is where the bee on the crest comes from.
First-hand
Before this was software, it was his job.
He ran the office at a large pool company
Vincent was a manager and administrator at Fountain Blue Pools, a Treasure Coast pool builder and service company. Dispatch, chemistry logs, subcontractors, permits and customer disputes were his day, not a research finding.
He used the field tools every day since 2016
The job-site photo app, the routing app, the estimating app, the bookkeeping subscription. He knows exactly which of them auto-files a photo when a tech pulls into a driveway, because he watched it happen for years and corrected the notes of people who assumed otherwise. That is why Visual Records exists.
He ran his own company before this one
Fluid Flight Aerial Services was his aerial photography and videography business. It ended because a single state annual report was missed. He was his own registered agent, so the state's one notice a year landed in one inbox with no second pair of eyes. That is why the platform has a compliance calendar that refuses to invent a deadline.
His field notes are in the product
When Annabelle, the assistant inside Stinger, talks about pool tile she carries his own warning that acid strips the clear coat off porous ceramic and porcelain. Notes like that are recorded in the company's knowledge vault by name and date, marked as experience, and are never dressed up as a citation.
How the product is written
Three rules that come from being wrong once.
The AI drafts. A person posts.
Nothing that moves money, sends a message to a customer, or changes a filing happens without a typed or tapped human confirmation. Every product page on this site states this the same way because it is the same rule.
Say what is real and what is roadmap
Each product page has a section that separates what is running today from what is designed but not shipped. If a screen is a design shell with placeholder numbers, the page says so.
Compare to the tool you already use
Every product is described as the familiar thing it replaces, then what it does beyond that. If a description does not tell a working contractor whether it will help them, it gets rewritten.
